We can supply common materials (screws, caulk, etc.) at cost. For larger items like faucets or fixtures, we recommend you purchase them beforehand, or we can pick them up with your approval.
If you booked a flat-rate package and the job runs over, we'll discuss options with you before proceeding. We never surprise you with extra charges
